The team went above and beyond surprising us with a stunning room upgrade, a thoughtful bottle of wine, balloons, chocolates, rose petals on the bed, and even a personalised “Happy Anniversary” message written on the window. Every detail was intentional, elegant, and heartfelt. My partner was speechless, and I couldn’t have asked for a better setting to propose. We also dined at the restaurant during our stay, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Room service was faultless, fast, beautifully presented, and delicious every time. Even the small touches the warmth of the staff, the calm energy of the space, the discretion made this experience truly exceptional. This wasn’t just a hotel stay.
