We enjoyed our stay while attending a business conference at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center: 833 5th Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309. Nice driveway parking, easy drive to convention center. Set up was nice for our team of 5 and could have easily accommodated 6 business guests with each person having their own queen sized bed. For families it could accommodate 12 comfortably. Home was very clean, kitchen had more than ample place settings and everything you would need to make a nice meal. We enjoyed breakfast in the kitchen each morning as a team. Set up was perfect for nice conversation around the island and/or table. We enjoyed a movie on the large TV in the living room and the couch was very comfortable, some guests used the reclining feature. Extra blankets in the living room were also a very nice touch. Restrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Excellent communication with host before, during and after. Very responsive to questions. There were no issues or concerns with our stay. Check in was convenient and seamless, and check out procedure was simple and well communicated. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip.
