Me and my daughter came inside and the valet was very helpful with our luggage and he treated us with so much care. Had a great experience at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and upscale. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt very professional. Great location with excellent amenities and dining options nearby. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Property was excellent! Room was fabulous. Didn’t care for how the restaurant was set up with the room credit, etc. Parking was somewhat confusing but thanks to the young doorman who went over and above to assist us we got it done. He is a great asset to the hotel!
