Great place. Staff was wonderful. We got there literally right before a blizzard hit. Plenty of snacks and nice room to wait out the storm. Definitely could not have asked for a better place to stay in those conditions. Very happy with our stay.

Very clean and good customer service. We did enjoy our stay. However, there were five of us.. we didn’t have enough towels or blankets. A tiny trash can that we filled in the first night. I do agree it’s not necessary to come in and clean every day. But I shouldn’t have to keep going downstairs for things we need. They need to set up a package or something that they drop off in the morning and take the trash. Stuff like.. ENOUGH towels for each person, shampoo/conditioner/soap, coffee, and trashbags. 4 days and 3 nights, and was only given the amenities for the first day and anything after that we had to go bother the front desk for. Breakfast was pretty good, however the older woman serving in the morning was the only employee I came across that could use some education on customer service and friendliness.
