Coffee/tea setup included (espresso machine and milk-frother, tea kettle, w/basics re-stocked along with weekly housekeeping service). The apartment has 2 Flat Screen / Smart TVs. One in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom. The apartment was clean and cozy and perfectly within walking distance to the Denver Botanic Gardens where I was attending a conference and good places to eat (like Illegal Pete's). I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here during the week before our wedding at the botanic gardens. It was the perfect place to stay to save a little money before moving into the larger VRBO in the same building. It’s a very cute little basement unit. Angela was a great host, communicated well, and we would definitely come back!

Cozy Retreat

I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable, the apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive. I loved the added touch of milk in the fridge for frothing and the heated bathroom floor.

What a great stay!

We have to begin by saying that Angela is the best. Communication was wonderful--she gave us some wonderful suggestions ahead of our visit that helped with our planning. The apartment is in a great location that allowed us to walk to many things in the city and when we drove out to the foothills it was minutes away. We were able to make the cozy kitchenette work for us as a couple who likes to cook when traveling. The heated bathroom floor is a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple House!

Positively Wonderful

We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect! We used Denver as our base and did multiple day trips. The Pineapple House was the perfect location. We found great places close by for breakfast (Onefold and Olive and Finch). Ice cream shoppe around the corner and easy street parking for our rental car. Elevated quality of bedding, towels, new and perfect bathroom design as well as the cutest kitchen. Wonderful attention to detail and amazingly quick response from owner when we needed something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. You won’t regret it!

Comfortable and Classic!

Love this place for my husand and I. The furnishings are antique like which added to the coziness. The shower and restroom is large and beautiful. Neighborhood is cute and a great walk to a city park is around the corner. The only down side was a corner on Colfax, near walgreens wasnt as pleasant but eaily avoidable and not a permnament situation. The host is really nice and detailed in instructions and readily available to assist with questions or accommodations!

Beautiful home. I can't wait to come back. Angela was warm, welcoming, and incredible. The little garden apartment was quaint and quiet. There is so much to do within walking distance such as Cheesman Park and Denver Botanical Gardens. The home is only 2 miles from Coors Field and LoDo, so it is far enough away from Downtown that it is quiet and safe but definitely close enough to enjoy all that Denver has to offer.

Located near the Denver Botanic Gardens, Cheesman Park, and plenty of other offerings, this lovely little apartment offers a quiet refuge within a grand old house in a tree lined and welcoming neighborhood. Our host was gracious and available for any concerns as well as delightful conversation. We will definitely return!

My sister and I stayed at the Pineapple House and it was the best experience! First of all, our host Angela was very kind and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. The place was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location since we were in downtown Denver most days.
