Spacious bright lower Apt. separate driveway. Gate with keypad to a secure private entry with keypad. Boasts lg bedroom, King bed & walk-in closet. Queen air mattress avail. Full bath, spacious living room, workspace, kitchenette w/mini-fridge, icemaker, microwave & Keurig & Hotpot. WiFi, backyard outdoor space. This spot eases your stay in Denver! It's a hop, skip & jump away from vibrant downtown & minutes away from breathtaking mountains of CO. WaterWorld, Coors Field, Elitch's & much more! We strive to truly make your stay enjoyable so please reach out if we can provide additional accommodations.
The space
Very cozy and open. Its carpeted throughout except the bathroom and I ask to please remove shoes on entry. Ducts are low in some areas. I always get compliments about how comfy the bed is and guests love the massage chair!
Guest access
Entire lower unit. Park in south driveway enter thru secure gate. READ ALL SIGNAGE! There are a few stairs to the entry with door with keypad.
Other things to note
Please note: Me and my husband live upstairs with our 9 year old Chihuahua. The "second bed" is a Queen size air mattress that can be set up in the open living space. Settings would not show this in the primary listing info if I did not list as a bed. Full linens and bedding is available.
