The room was dirty, mold in the shower, floors were dirty, the lounge chair was ripped and balcony floor was dirty, the windows were so dirty they were cloudy, furniture stained, towels and sheets weren't soft, room service took too long and they forgot things. No soap or towel or paper towels in kitchen, had to call to get supplies, stove stained. I had to pay for an umbrella on the beach for our chairs on the beach and had to sit where I could barely see the ocean, people were walking off the streets and taking chairs for free in front of us. Got reservations for Nube and people were just walking in and crowding our table so we left before dinner. Very expensive vacation, very disappointing.

This property was clean, staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend this again. The one down side was that there wasn’t enough lounge chairs around the pool for all the guests.

Poor Stay

During this stay, I experienced a horrendous experience for the first time. After driving 20 hours with children from Connecticut, we arrived at the hotel and found that our room was not ready. The hotel experienced a false alarm which resulted to the loss of power to eleveators and access to our rooms, we had to walk up to the 19th floor.

Great stay at the Hilton- staff are nice, amenities are great and room is spacious. Hotel has everything you need for a get-away without even needing to leave the property! Its very centrally located, great access to beach, board walk, stores and short drive to Las Olas. We LOVED the little cafes on Breakers. Loved the balcony views oh and complimentary espresso machine in room! Cons: Hotel can use a little TLC. Clean, but can see its old. Just a lot of wear and tear that. ie, stains on couch, worn down carpet in room. Takes away from clean look. PRO TIP: Do not overpay for their valet parking. Buy a pass at North Brach Hotel (543 Breakers ave) for $20/day. Will save you $$$ and time. Its 3 min walk.

In what day and age has just a working television a thing??? The elevator horrible. Pool forget trying to get a chair. The price I paid and the level of service is a big mistake on my part. Never again.

Hotel was nice, but overpriced. They need to move the check-in desks away for the noisy bar so you can hear what the saying to you when you check in. All housekeeping did was make the bed. We had to call down everyday for different items like towels, toiletries, courtesy water in the room. Rooms are outdated. They left out all the little details of our stay. Valet never got our car request, we had to show them it when we went to get our car, not to mention we were charged every time we left and came back during our stay. $60 each time, Ridiculous!! The Beach crew didn't have enough chairs or towels the days we went to the beach. We had to wait for both each day. If Hilton want to charge resort prices, they need to do better.

Traveled with my 89 yr old dad. The hotel staff, from manager, front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance, were all so friendly & helpful. I had some special requests to help with my dad & the staff were excellent! Beautiful hotel, great restaurants, excellent location. Would totally recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at the Hilton Valentine’s Day weekend. The hotel was clean. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean so many nice restaurants in the area. The customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back.
