Not like: sparse room furniture more like a college dorm, no proper vanity around sink, no microwave Check in ; Took 3x to visit desk due to new computer program although staff were very pleasant and did the best they could. Being charged a daily rate for parking.

Was only there for a night but it was lovely, the staff were very kind and the room was cute. The bathroom didn’t seem super clean but it wasn’t a big deal. Had breakfast at the restaurant there in the morning and it was delicious, plus the views of the mountains were stunning! I would definitely visit again so I can see more of the property and facilities

Our stay was fine, it was nothing outstanding. The room we were in was on the first floor so really noisy. The beds also don’t have a headboard so uncomfortable to watch tv in bed.

The hotel was average. Minor issues like missing items in the rooms and raisins in the ice bin. Front staff were not super welcoming or accommodating. They had a lot of issues with their system and could not check us out. Did not offer anything for the inconvenience.

Delayed checking was fine but when I went back to pick up room cards one of the desk personnel tried to check me in all over again despite my telling him I was just there to pick up the room cards. Extra 10 minutes wasted. The room was missing soap, shampoo, etc but they brought them as soon as we called. Pet amenities were terrific.
