CUTE STUDIO with PRIVATE BALCONY! And SPECTACULAR OCEAN -A1A- HARDROCK -VIEWS!!!

Unwind in Daytona Beach at this recently listed cute top floor corner studio with awesome views of the ocean, neighborhood and A1A. And with the Hard Rock Hotel two buildings down take advantage of the live bands on some weekends or have a drink at the few bars. Apartment is recently listed. Bright, airy and has a private balcony. There is a queen size Murphy bed when stowed adds even more space for a comfortable stay. Also a sleeper sofa if two need separation. Building is from the 1970’s , so as you can imagine it has character but also charm from Floridas past. WiFi, Internet television and a Bluetooth sound dock for entertainment. Building has washing machines and driers to add convenience. Free covered parking included. And most of all the new pool has opened! We hope you enjoy what our place and Daytona Beach has to offer. Please respect our neighbors since some are full time residents. Thanks so much!

This property was exactly as listed. There are two sleeping options. A murphy bed and a pull out sofa. They're both comfortable! The kitchen and living room have an amazing ocean view from the 7th floor, corner balcony. Andy was helpful from booking through checkout! Publix is very close. We stocked some groceries in the cute, cozy kitchen. Had our morning coffee overlooking Daytona Beach. The pool is brand new. For one or two people, the stay was perfect.

I love the Studio! It was clean and spacious. Spectacular Ocean View!!! Everywhere I wanted to go was walkable. The Communication with host was great! I hope this Cute Studio becomes available when I go back to Daytona! Thank you very much!
