Had to wait for 45 min because the virtual card was expired even though we used a different card. Not what we wanted to deal with after a 2 hr drive in the ice. We may stop using Expedia. Such a pain during a very stressful day and drive.

This hotel is in a great location and is close to everything we needed within a 15 or less minute drive. The parking is gated and I felt safe parking my car there. The staff was nice and will go above and beyond to help out. The rooms are spacious and clean which I enjoy.
