Front desk staff was good. Check in went fast and easy. The room smelled like someone had just smoked Marijuana in it. The mattresses were mush. We were desperate because of a canceled flight. Would never willingly go again.

I recently found myself stranded at the airport during a rare, once-in-ten-years snowstorm, with flights being rescheduled and canceled left and right. Amid the chaos, the front desk attendant provided outstanding service that went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the heavy traffic of frustrated passengers, he remained calm and incredibly helpful. Not only did he assist in locating which terminal my bags were in, but he also guided me to a different terminal to catch an early morning flight. His level of competence was on par with the best ticket agents I've encountered, and his professionalism made all the difference during a stressful time. It's rare to experience such exceptional customer service, especially under challenging conditions, and I truly appreciated his efforts to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks to his help, I was able to continue my journey without much further hassle. Highly recommend the airport staff for their dedication and professionalism!

The staff in the evening,when I checked in, and in the morning, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower and at the sink never really got very hot. It was luk warm.Hot water is a priority for me.

Overall lack of cleanliness in the room. Room smelled musty and smoked in. Killed multiple insects in the room. Bathroom floor was warped and cove base was coming off the wall. Left hotel for 2nd night stay and went to another hotel. Staff was friendly, but the hotel needs some serious work.
