Place was clean and staff was friendly. I waited at the bar for 30 minutes for 2 drinks. And the pool was over crowded with kids not respecting others space diving and my phone has water in it parents were drunk and ignored the kids being disrespectful

There is only maid service after the fourth day of the stay. We only found this out after having to request bathroom tissue at the desk. No fresh towels for the entire three days stay.

When we checked in they gave us a room with a broken toilet hat won’t flush ! It took 3 phone calls to front desk to get another room. They did not do any room service or cleaning during our stay Wr asked the front desk the second day for clean towels and shampoo and they never sent the items !!!

We expected more from a Hyatt property. The building is older, the sign was flickering, the grounds weren’t up kept outside. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff was great. The room was refurbished nicely.

I was taken a back by how beautiful and clean the inside of the hotel was. The pictures did not do my room justice, It was beautiful. When i first arrived at the hotel the outside of the building looked very old and i didnt think it was going to be beautiful, but pleasantly suprised when I entered. I traveled alone and felt very safe and secure. Thank you!

It was a very excellent hotel. Loved that a breakfast buffet was included. The bed didn’t seem like a king however and was slightly uncomfortable. Staff was extremely nice and always helpful.
