While this was a very nice stay I was surprised that there was not even minimal housekeeping services for our two night stay. I can appreciate that bedding change is done every other day but not even coffee cups or towels were replaced We have stayed in many hotels on our recent road trip and while this was probably the nicest and most expensive stay it did not provide even a complimentary continental breakfast as all the other did

whole building under construction, no front office, poor signage to locate where to enter. the closet they were using as the office was the only place to get ice even though there was a machine on the 6th floor where we stayed. Construction noise both afternoon and morning. i used Expedia to find this place and there was NO MENTION of all of this. this was to be a romantic anniversary staycation. Had i known the above i would have happily chosen an alternative. I have used Expedia for years but am seriously reconsidering.

We had a suite and had some grandkids stay with us. The room layout was perfect for that because we each had are own space The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok.
