While I was in my room asleep a couple walked in with a front desk worker who stood there and asked me my name. When I got dressed and went downstairs and expressed my displeasure in the absolute unprofessional situation, the front desk called the cops. The cops favored my side and after working 12 hours, no sleep and working another 12 .. I went to my room and slept and then got out of there and won’t return.

We always stay at Springhill Suites when we are in the DFW area. It is clean, service is great and the breakfast is always satisfying. It is a consistently nice hotel for a great price.
