Not kept up well. Oil smell in elevator, and blue tape holding tiles on the elevator floor. Picture on the floor instead of on the wall. Broken shades on the window. During an eight-day stay, trash was picked up once and bed made twice. Breakfast out of many options day after day. Coffee maker in room (stashed inside a drawer), but no coffee, paper cups, etc.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible experience. Would never book this hotel again. Stains in the room, the toilet seat was disconnect, the sprinkler was covered with tape. Property manager refused to be accountable for my stay. This place should be shut down. Stay at your own risk.

Room was clean but could tell it is a run down hotel when you actually get to your room. Plug ins did not work in the restroom, phone was not connected, I had to connect & when i called front office for a 7am wake up call I did not receive one. The back door that you are supposed to use your room key to enter through was unlocked ALL EVENING & ALL NIGHT. Anyone could come through that back door someone’s child could wander off & get out that back door. The floor was caved in in the corner of room 201. I do not recommend staying there & will not again.

Extremely dirty carpet. It’s like they started to remodel and then ran out of money. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The breakfast didn’t have enough food. The orange juice machine was broken. Two yogurts for forty people. No fresh fruit. No milk for cereal. Terrible.

Was told about the renovations upon arrival, the whole lobby was being torn apart. I do appreciate the honesty, it was a comfortable stay for the money. Water pressure in the shower wasn't hard enough to wash out any kind of shampoo, but we managed.

Carpet in the room was filthy. The sheets on one of the beds had stains. I found a dead roach on the floor. There is mold growing in the air-conditioning vent. The smoke/fire alrm was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. Expedia said room included breakfast, but no breafast was included. Since the whole bottom ground floor is under construction. The staff was very friendly.
