We did not have hot running water today. We had to fly home after 102° weather, smelly and stinky and sweaty. The toilet didn’t always flush. Sometimes it took 2 to 3 times just to get pee to go down. And we were on the first floor.It was noisy people running around and slamming doors and having fights in the hallway. Good value, friendly staff

Hotel was comfortable for a quick stay for a concert. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical, but hot and fresh. Coffee service was available after breakfast. We were in an accessible room, and it was the biggest non-suite room I've ever seen. Bed was firm, but not as comfortable as my home bed. Good value. No problem with key cards at any point.

I had a little staycation with my husband. Everything was fine until our restroom flooding at 3am. I was too tired to go tell the front desk. I went down at around 7:30am. They told me maintenance did not work on Saturdays so I would have to move to another room. I decided to just go home early but the room change consideration was thoughtful.

The front cover was falling off the air conditioner in room 129. The tax strip between the carpet and the bathroom threshold was sticking through the carpet, which is very uncomfortable when you walk on a barefooted. We reported it to the desk on our checkout on Saturday
