The property was dirty, homeless people hanging around. Drug dealers also around the property. Holes in the wall, carpet was unwalkable

I thought the hotel was extremely run down compare to the ones in my state. I have never rented a kitchen room and have to ask for silverware and kitchen items. Also the room was dirty and a lamp was broken. Went down for the “compliments breakfast”. Absolutely not even a cracker to eat. Did not even have a stir stick there. When one of the other guests asked for some they said they put the allotment out for the week. Aside for checking in I never saw anyone at the front desk. Will never stay here again.

Murder scene waiting to happen, smelled like smoke, pool wasn’t working, actually cancelled and went next door because I was afraid for my families life!

The moment I walked in it looked dirty. Like a piece of paper and that it wasn't swept. It didn't smell clean either. After I explained that I had put a room on hold just a few minute ago. He said they were booked. Then we asked if they had breakfast and he said no. Then he changed his mind since he was on the computer he then said we have one, do you want to look at it. I said well, we wanted breakfast but we still looked at it. We asked him to cancel it and give us something in writing. He said we didn't need one and that it was cancelled. Now I see a charge in my bank statement. It says to cancel by 6:00 PM. We got their within an hour. The ambience was not a welcoming place. Needs improvement.

Dirty and in Disrepair.

For starters when we arrived at the hotel personnel were too busy to check us in. Once we got to our room there was food in the refrigerator left there by the cleaning staff. The mattresses were dirty and stained. And multiple lights in the suite did not operate when the switches are turned on. The next day we spoke to hotel staff and change rooms. At that time the staff told us they did not have another room like the one we had booked. So they were going to give us two separate rooms close together but did not have a second one clean and stated to return later and they would have it clean. At which time we returned later and were told by another staff member that they did not have any rooms available. So we were not able to get a second room for the rest of my family. That evening and the duration of our stay part of my family had to sleep on a rollaway beds in the limited space left in the single room we were given.

Not what we expected

Pros: The suite that we received was very spacious.
Cons: Refer to "experience" above.
Location: Six Flags and sporting venues were just across the highway. Great location.
We reserved (2) two room suites for our trip. Only one was available when we checked in so part of our group stayed in a smaller room. The Hotel had a foul odor the whole time we were there. There were cockroaches in the shower on the first morning we were there. Our air conditioner quit working on Saturday and the staff offered no solution. Garbage was piled up in front of the hotel from Saturday night until we left on Monday. The pool was not maintained (full of leaves and debris). When we asked for dishes or towels for the room we were told to "come get them". I would have checked out had we not prepaid for this hotel!
