Never again! Posted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here last November for a wedding and had a nice time, so rebooked it since we loved the room and location. This time, it took us 30 minutes to check in although we had pre-paid for the room, which was a frustrating start. Our room was nice and comfortable, although the beds were hard. The problems began when we tried to go to sleep. There was a party in the room next door that spilled into the hallway....all night. There was loud music, slamming doors, loud laughing, etc. We called the front desk 3 times. The noise would stop momentarily only to start back up, even louder than before. At almost 3 am we called the front desk and they finally sent security to shut it down. Our hall was close to the front desk on the first floor, so it would have been impossible for the front desk person to miss all the noise. It was a sleepless, miserable night. I have never stayed at a Hyatt that cared less for the comfort of it's guests. At check out, I told them about my experience and she was going to report it to the management. I haven't spoken with them yet.... I love Hyatt's, but will never stay at that one again.
