Langley Castle Hotel
"The castle view room was lovely...very spacious, nice bathroom and the bed was a bit small but comfortable enough. Our evening meal in the restaurant was quite pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was equally excellent. We loved hearing about the history of the castle with the complimentary ..."

Cumbria Park Hotel
"Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, hotel was a bit tired and room only had one socket point so it meant a daily juggle of plugging in devices, kettle, hair dryers etc. as although the socket point had two sockets one was constantly needed for the fan as the room was stifling hot ..."

Shap Wells Hotel
"We were having a heat wave and there were a lot of problems that were beyond the control of the staff. It would be totally unfair to be hypocritical. The staff were amazing. Pakistani/Indian cuisine would be good to go with the existing English menu. The main thing is that we would return to what ..."

North Lakes Hotel And Spa
"I had the superior family room, which is fantastic. It is spacious, clean and includes a ‘living space’ with dresser, shelving, fridge, coffee facilities, table and sofa. I always feel so comfortable and at home here. Management team are friendly and always have time to say hello and make me feel welcome. Staff go out their way to make sure my stay meets my expectations, plus more. I sometimes need to stay longer than expected, and they are very accommodating to do their best to keep me in the same room, minimising any troubles to myself, even if at last minute. If it is possible, they always try their best. Even when busy. I appreciate this effort so much as it ensures my holiday is as relaxing as possible. Housekeeping are more than happy to provide whatever you may need, and offer to service the room, however, there is very little needed as the room is always equipped with plenty towels, coffee facilities etc. I am happy to maintain room myself, asking for any extras if ever required. They couldn’t be more helpful. Spa and gym are exactly whats required. Spacious, clean, towels and robes are provided. Treatments are available on request at extra cost. Definitely worth a try. Although these can be booked up pretty quickly. I’d advise booking a day in advance for treatments. I tend not to take breakfast, I don’t personally like the set up nor find it good value for money. This will depend on individual preference, ofcourse."
