"Our room was not clean. Our bedding had stains on it. The hotel staff did not offer much concern or care about that. We already switched rooms because the couch was all torn up. I really feel like they’re just surface cleaning the hotel and reusing bedding between guests."

"The pool was not open. They were in the process of tearing apart the lower rooms. The bar and grill was closed. The bed sheets and towels were covered with long black hair, not very clean. Not a very relaxing stay for our 1 evening stay, even the dog wanted to run away. Not a fun time."
