Children should stay on 1st floor. Walls are very thin. I was using the bathroom & heard every word of a conversation in the next room beside me.

Good stay, clean hotel
Check-in and check-out process was slow. Hotel staff member was not at desk. We ended up having to go and look for him in a side room. Our room at check-in was also dirty/not cleaned by housekeeping. We arrived late at the hotel (after 7pm) so we were disappointed that we were not able to immediately get into a room. The hotel clerk apologized and provided us with a new room. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Beds were comfortable. Pet fee is very high - 75.00. Overall we had a good 1 night stay.

THE BEST HOTEL!
I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It deserves 10 stars. The room/hotel was very clean & everything still seemed brand new. I loved how modern everything was & the convenience of the way the room was laid out. The rolling desk was a nice touch to make room for my baby’s pack n play. The breakfast was AMAZING. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many options but the motion activated pancake maker was my favorite. Last but not least, it has a working swimming pool! Every hotel I’ve stayed at in the past year the pool is always “under construction”. But Tru’s pool was working & the water felt amazing. Would DEFINITLY recommend this hotel to anyone & would love to stay again soon.

Well I didn’t expect no internet, no ice bucket, and no coffee in your room. Rooms are very small and they also charge $75 for a 3!pound dog. I heard traffic on the highway all night!

The Tru is a clean modern facility perfect for families. Basic but fun and friendly. My only complaint would be how easily noise can be heard from the room above us (just heavy and loud walking) but it woke me at midnight and I never got back to sleep. Probably due to the floors being hardwood rather than carpet (which I much prefer because the room seems so much cleaner without old carpet). The staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary water and Smartpop at checkin. I noticed many people with dogs so I'd say it's pet friendly as well. We'd stay again on our next drive home from Florida.

The staff at hotel is very friendly. The design of the lobby area makes guests feel welcoming. The room is not luxury or fancy by any means, but is well thought out in terns of comfort and convenient.
