For $170 we had an average, small, mediocre room. And no microwave or coffee. It is hugely inconvenient to traipse down to the lobby to get or reheat coffee.

We discovered Tru properties on a recent trip and they make me want to travel more. We absolutely loved this hotel. It's new, clean, has spacious rooms. Every detail has been well thought out. Hilton hit it out of the park with these hotels. We stayed at another hotel on our way through Wytheville and it was a horrible experience. This hotel made our return trip a great experience. Book it now because word is going to get out and they'll be booked up.

Super clean and comfortable!

Very clean! There are things to do for the family, even if just stopping for the night while traveling. We had our small pups with us, there is a great potty station. Will definitely choose Tru by Hilton again.

A so so Hotel even though new.

Bathtub was clogged, A/C didn't cool well. Floors made the noise from the hallway loud. The room was clean, but I would have thought the maids would have said something about the clogged tub and had it fixed but I guess that tells you they don't clean that well to see issues like this. Would I stay here again, probably not and a shame that a Hilton has to be like this but a sign of the times.
