Delightful Escape

What an amazing stay. We enjoyed every minute of it. This is a sweet spot to have a little R&R. Everything you wanted and needed was at your fingertips. The bed was amazing. The views brought solstice and peace. Throughly enjoyed. Thank you for your amazing space. Stay here.

Martinsville Nascar race

Great property. House was exactly as described and it was in the perfect location for someone from Michigan to stay for their first race at Martinsville. Clean, cozy and if we are in the area again we will try to stay here. Simply amazing place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay

Stayed here when visiting my sister. My husband and our two small children. Was plenty of space and big yard to run around. Close to everything we needed to be near. Nice house and thanks for letting us visit.

Everything was thought of....

This place was so warm and cozy. All the little details were considered and we felt very much at home. Very comfortable bed, loved the fireplace and hot tub! Close to town yet on top of a quiet hill. It was perfect and we would very much consider booking here again.

Wedding Night

It was so relaxing and quiet and it made for an amazing retreat after a long stressful couple of weeks! The hot tub was the perfect ending to a perfect day! And the fireplace was so romantic and peaceful! We will definitely be back!

Virginia Getaway

Loved the location and the back room with the gas fireplace was really great! Place was very quaint and peaceful. A couple of the room heater remotes did not work and we had to shut these off by unplugging and the hot tub could use a new cover. These are simple things and we would definitely go back again.

Wytheville Vacation

Our overall complaint was we were never told prior to arriving that their dryer was not working. Upon arrival we were told that the dryer would be fixed on Wednesday. We arrived on a Sunday. On Wednesay we had to call the owerns to find out when the repair person was arriving. We were then told the repair person was waiting on a part and the dryer would not be fixed until after left. The lack of commuincation was disappointing.

So quaint and relaxing, welcoming

It was so nice when we arrived, they had several lights on the front porch, A welcome card, fresh fruit, plenty of supplies. It was so nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was easy access to town. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we went to Log cabin restaurant and the waiter that waited on us was wonderful. He had asked us why we were in town and we told him our anniversary and the Blue Ridge Parkway. At the end of our meal, he brought us a delicious piece of cake for our anniversary. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or a small family.

Great house, great location!

We visited Wytheville for a family reunion. This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Less than a couple of miles from town. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Cozy home with great amenities

We had a great stay at this country home and found everything we needed and then some! Comfortable beds and seating. We enjoyed gathering around the gas fireplace for morning coffee and evening chats. The hot tub was wonderful on crisp nights, gazing at the stars. We were visiting family and enjoyed having them over to gather around the fire pit and catch up. We plan to return next time we are in Wytheville - so much bette than a hotel!

Perfect Cottage

The house was absolutely perfect -- just the right size with lots of places to sit inside and out. The property outside is just as lovely with lots of little touches to make it even more special. Loved it!!

Home away from home

Don’t miss this charming and delightful mountain getaway. All the amenities, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and ample parking are the icing on the cake. We were attending a spring classic car run in the mountains. Perfect location for access to all the mountain drives whether you are touring or sporting. The weather turned bad quickly and we found ourselves coZy by the fireplace while some of the of the drivers were icy in their tents at the KOA! We will be back. Thank you.

Country feel close to town

We visited the area to ride the new river trail. We were tired when we returned to the house, but all the little amenities there helped us to relax and prepare for another day of biking. The house had everything we needed inside and more than we expected on the outside. We enjoyed the fire pit with deer grazing at night, the relaxation of the hot tub, and the hammock. I always enjoy a good sunset, and with a short walk of the backyard, there is a nice view of the sunset. Even the powerlines did not interrupt my pleasure in the view. We enjoyed being close to town in case we needed to run out. Small and cozy for the two of us.

Great hiking / exploring/ chilling weekend get away

We love exploring the surrounding area and hiking in the various abundant trails. One rainy day allowed for a day of reading by the fire and making a batch of chili but the remainder of our meals were at various local pubs and cafes.
