"The evening staff was incredibly rude, the room was okay, beds were comfortable but aside from that the ac didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t very cold, and the chair had mystery stains and cigarette burn marks on the seat. Also there’s a $100 deposit that’s required at check in which hotels.com app did not convey when booking the room."

"I love this property. There’s a microwave on every floor built in to the wall. I love the access to the freeway. It was very clean. The laundry facilities inside were above average the staff. Excellent there were some of the nicest people every shift even graveyard there’s enough parking in the rooms were big. No complaints whatsoever will recommend this place to everyone."

"We got the lake front view room, it was awesome. The view was beautiful. The family loved it, with three bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect for us. Although a bit dated but everything was all in one place. Just what we’re looking for. Would come visit again! We loved the hot tub that was very close by to our room."

"A nice resort located next to Lake Arrowhead and next to the Village Shopping Center. Lots of parking and easy to navigate the property. Room is old but clean and has an undercounter refrigerator and coffee maker. The fitness center is very good, large space with lots of equipment. Overall, a good experience."
