Nice and clean. Good service. Only situation was that the elevator kept getting stuck. Since it works with the room key it would misread and we would end up on the wrong floor. Finally, we got fed up and ended up walking to the 6th floor instead. Food was pricey, but it was excellent. It was a nice stay.

I wish we had been staying more than just one night! Exceptional in every way! And close to our concert venue. The concert was awesome, as well !!

Pros: Close to major highways.
Cons: retrain wait staff and retrain the cooks.
Good--Nice hotel and rooms. Bad--Hotel restaurant food was terrible and the wait staff was just as bad. Food was not cooked properly. Wait staff never checked in to see if we needed anything else. Forgot some of the items we ordered. Brought out two meals while the rest of our dinning guests had to wait another ten minutes for their food. Breakfast food was luke-warm at best and under cooked.

Nice and Clean

The hotel was clean and had nice decor. The staff was friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping we passed in the hall. The bed was too soft for my preference, but was fine. The only negative was that the air conditioner blows directly on the face/head when in bed and the vent directiin could not be adjusted. The buffet breakfast was simple, but good...scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, assorted baked goods, toast, greek yogurt, oatmeal, and lots of fruit.

They made me stand outside in the parking lot for several hours due to a fire in the hotel next door. I have to get up at midnight due to work. The fire is not their fault, but I essentially did not have the use of the room for the last day of my stay, with no attempts on their part to compensate.
