Requested wheel chair room wasn't available till second day but eh staff was very helpful it getting us moved when a room opened up. Room ok , wall paper in bathroom was starting to peal and bubble up. Expected food room service to be served but it arrived in a bag, like take out. Not a bad stay but will try a different hotel next time in that area. The staff was great, facility not as expected.

I have stayed here at least 5 times. Best staff, clean rooms and consistently over-all great experience! Only downfall is paying for parking now.

Ramona checked me in she very friendly, it was fast and easy. Ramona service made me feel very welcomed and if needing to come back to this town will definitely plan to stay here again.

Although the front desk employees were extremely cheerful and helpful, my room was filthy dirty. It literally looked like someone had received a haircut in the restroom, hair was everywhere. I wore shoes at all times as the carpet was so stained. Wouldn't pick up the remote control I could see it covered in sticky substance.

It appears to be the better hotel in the area. It was obvious it hotel was not running at full capacity. There was an issue with the sheets being too rough but it was corrected after the matter was reported. The staff especially the restaurant staff in the morning and the evening were very attentive. The food was good.
