Four bedrooms with queen-size beds, Internet, Wi-Fi, kitchen ready for cooking and serving. Parking available inside fenced yard. Yard is fully fenced for those with pets along.

As a courtesy to neighbors, please park your vehicles inside the fence behind the wooden gate if possible. Limit parking to the driveway only; no on-street parking. Super cozy stay

I brought my two teenagers with me to a music festival and the stay at The Cozy House was perfect. Not only was it close to the venue, but it was super spacious, quiet and close to everything we needed. My teens and I enjoyed the stay very much. When back in the area, we plan to stay again because the close was very well worth the value we received.

The host was really wonderful! Very responsive and kind. Beds and linens were clean. Multiple towels and wash cloths which was nice as well. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was pretty well stocked if we needed to. Location is in an up and coming neighborhood. So not super fancy but we had no issues with noises or disturbances of any kind. Only ‘complaint’ is that the floors were dirty, it didn’t look like they had been swept or mopped at all before we came. Aside from that though our stay was good!
