Pool room had no heat. Door cards didn’t work. Staff didn’t know they had a laundry machine which I found on my own. Staff didn’t know about their long term parking policy. I had to identify the permits on other cars to notify them I needed the permit. 30 dollars was paid for parking. 50 dollar deposit was paid. They paid me back the 30 not the 50 on my card. Will not stay again

Evelyn at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was not only nice and courteous she was so helpful and personable. She was so great. Thank you Evelyn for all your help and the reassurance about my mom and also sharing about your mom with me it made me feel a lot better.

1 night stay. Check-in was smooth. Room was on 3rd floor, but elevator was broken. Smell and stains in the hallways and stairwell. Room had stained walls, floors and ceiling. Beds were clean. Tub/shower were clean. Toilet was non operational. Curtains were torn. Got a new room because of non working toilet in the first room. Second room was in similar condition but with a working toilet. No room phone in either room. Wifi was ok but cut out next morning few hours before checkout. Did not use any of the other amenities. Staff were decent to work with in the limited interactions between check-in, room change incident, and check-out. Close to airport. But there are 2 other hotels right next to this one that looked better and would recommend looking into staying with one of those.
