This newly built two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers the perfect combination of beach living and modern comforts. Inside, the open concept living area features a large sectional sofa, perfect for lounging, the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area has seating for four with a beautiful wooden table, great for game night as well. The master bedroom boasts a private entry to the deck outside and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious features. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning from the decks outside or head out to the beach and experience a day by the sea. Comes with parking for three vehicles. Book your stay today and enjoy the seashore.

Beach and birding

We came to Padre Island to do some bird watching and enjoy the beach. This was a great place to stay for all of that. House was clean and cozy. Right on the beach. Ten out of ten. We would book again.

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location! This beachhouse, originally built in the 1970s but completely remodeled, is truly a beachfront property on Mustang Island. Access is from the beach. Driveway goes over a sand dune. The dune obscures a panoramic view of the Gulf, but it importantly provides privacy and protection. Also, dunes have their own ecosystem, so we spent time watching birds, butterflies, flowers, etc. Decks wrap around the home on 3 sides, with seating on each side and a dining table with chairs on the front for studying the dunes or watching the waves from the comfort of your own space. Beach excursions are easy, especially with an all-terrain wagon loaded with chairs, gear, fishing rods, etc. (We brought our own wagon.) We just walked down the driveway, across the beach road and down to the water. It's super close. The oversized claw foot tub was fantastic for a soak after time in the surf. Two custom-built showers were also available. The kitchen has a 6-burner chef's gas range, perfect for cooking up whatever meal you want. Pros: all the above - location, cleanliness, total beach experience Cons: a few things are lacking - The large kitchen is sparsely appointed. It has a Keurig, but not a regular coffee pot. It has an awesome stove but only a few pots and pans - and NO HOTPADS. Other helpful items we wish we had were a ladle, a colander, large serving spoons, drinking glasses, measuring cups and spoons. Also, a window covering in the bathroom above the tub.

We absolutely adored this beach property! The propert managers/hosts were amaging to work with even when we extended our stay last minute. 10 outta 10 ! Recommend to anyone!

Needs work

I am giving a warning that if you were staying here, you better have four-wheel-drive to get up and over the Sandune hill to get to the parking it was even hard for the golf cart to get up and over the hill. The washing machine is broken the microwave was broken. The air conditioning kept turning up to 75° even in the middle of the night you would wake up sweating and have to go turn it back down we could not like the stove maybe it needed matches but there were no matches provided.
