Frustrating and abnormally long check in

Your ridiculous check in policies and procedures. I had to complete twice and never received the code to actually unlock the door that was promised after completing these tasks until I was standing in front of the door and had to wait on additional to get somebody online in order to get into the property. Once in the property, it was very comfortable and very spacious for me and my friend and his son as well as my son. We did enjoy the garage downstairs being able to secure all of our fishing equipment without bringing it up and downstairs every overall the property is very nice. It is very quiet and a great location is very clean. I was very comfortable. I slept well. Air conditioning was cold showers hot. Everything on the front end of this experience was absolutely horrendously terrible. I would take a very hard look into the steps you take in order to utilize security and then on top of that make your check-in policy much more streamlined. If those things were fixed, I would come back and stay at this property again if they’re not, I would not even think twice to trying to find somebody else. time we used it.

Enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay recently. Property was beautiful, clean, and looked just like the photos. The pool was the perfect size and easily accessible. The garage was very deep and would probably hold three vehicles (several golf carts). We had no issues once we got checked in, but that process could use improvement. After multiple messages through their email portal - that I'm certain were powered by AI due to the canned responses that repeated themselves over and over - we drove to the property and called the number on a sign in the window, which got returned promptly but the first few door codes didn't work.

WRONG LOCATION

The map will show you this location by the beach but it’s another 15 min in the other direction. No where near the map. Property management won’t help either.

Overall a good place

The good. Clean house. if you needed a big garage it is huge. tv's in every room. only one connected to spectrum. the rest was wifi for youtube netflix etc. Pool was clean. The bad. I had a problem with the tv remote not having batteries and the overnight service flaked out and did not follow thru. The cleaning service put a bad trash bag in the can and when I went to take it out the trash ended up all over the floor. The beeds were to firm for my liking. But over all 4 out of 5 stars.

This place was just right for us. 2-3 blocks from the beach. Only complaint we have is pool was green and not useable the time we were there(in their defense it rained 2-3 inches everyday). If / When we go back to Port Aransas we would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Good times in Port A

Nice two queen bedroom place with pool. Had two sets of stairs to climb. Huge long garage that fit an SUV, F150 short bed truck and a golf cart. Each place sits on top of these large garages. Liked the convenience of having a waterhose to rinse everything before going up to room. Nice sitting area with chairs upstairs right outside room. Had a couple of issues, one with the refrigerator not cooling enough and had to discard all of our leftovers, and another with some grand daddy roaches (2-3 inches) that got into our leftover plates while we were watching a movie. Do not leave any food out, especially on counters. Location is nice, can walk to shops. Five minute drive to beach. Don't forget your mosquito spray. They were bad at dusk even at restaurant and were huge! Have a great time with family, can't wait to do it again.
