Parking was easy. The motel isn’t in very good shape. It only cost $50 bucks per night but the condition is not accurately depicted in their photos.

Nothing! It's a flop house for addicts and probably has a meth lab. That picture of the foyer is false advertising. The coffee thermoses were coated in dust. There was no toilet paper and when I went to the disgusting office he handed me two unwrapped rolls and didn't apologize. There's a bare light bulb hanging abobe the sink.The TV had been smashed and the mirror over the sink was gone with only a dangling light bulb over it. No blankets. Disgusting tub. I slept in my clothes on top of the top sheet with a knife and bear spray at hand. The whole place was scary.The dog park was full of dog poop and no bags. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. This one should be condemned and razed.

We were there 5 nights, not one time was our room cleaned although the expedia ad said they do daily housekeeping. Beds looked slept in when we arrived. They do the bare minimum.

The room was disgusting. Bedspread had stains, the phone cord was cut, the bathtub was stained dirty, showerhead had a film on it, and there were holes in the walls. There was also only 2 pillows for 2 beds/4 people, one set of towels, and a half a roll of toilet paper. We didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes. Hotels.com customer service phone wait was over two hours. I will be disputing yhe charge!

He asked if I wanted to check out the room before completing the reservation. He said that if I chose not to stay, that we would not be charged . We chose to stay elsewhere as it was dirty and under construction. We were told we would not be charged and we were!!

Checked in, went to room to find both bed blankets covered in stains, no working heat in the room, plastic bags over smoke detector, and a fist hole in bathroom door. Went to front desk after multiple attempts calling and no answer just to find the woman on her personal phone instead of answering property phone. Told her the room conditions were unacceptable she didn't even offer to come look or show any interest. Just gave me a different room key and said walk back down and let her know if that room is ok. Tried calling desk multiple times again and no answer or concern

The grounds of the hotel were full of litter and pet waste. The television did not work. It was plugged in to a loose outlet without a cover that was dangling out of the wall. Definitely a fire/electrical hazard. The bathroom clearly had severe water damage around the tub area, and the tub itself was stained and appeared to be not clean. The cops showed up (5 cars) with lights and sirens and dogs. At 3:30-4:00am a very long man and woman went down the row of doors pounding repeatedly on each one. I did not feel safe.
