If you like a musty smell, a cold shower (turn off their hotwater at midnight and back on at 4am), filthy floors, dust and cobwebs. This is your place to stay. You get what you pay for. Price was cheap and sheets were clean.

thank you for your review . however we do not turn our boiler off at all we had an issue with it and we were able to fix it promptly.

The room smell so horrible, it was beyond disgusting. I went to Wal Mart to buy spray and crashed. I was so tired I just gave up and went sleep. Both my daughter and have never been in such a hotel. The picture on your advertisements was not your dump. Your advertisement also said continental breakfast served. There was none. I will never book another one of your places again on my return trip or ever.

sorry we did not meet your expectations however per Red Roof protocall Red Roof inn does not have continental breakfast. that is one thing that is the difference between Red Roof and Red Roof plus.

we booked a non smoking room, the room smelt like smoke, the sheets on one bed was torn and stained, the towels smelt like smoke and their was hair in the tub. we were not impressed with the accomidations.

This Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Almost all outside doors were damaged as if they had been kicked. The outside appearance going up and down the stairs were dirty. The bathroom floor had dirt in the corners. The air-conditioning unit did not work properly. These are reasons why I would not recommend this hotel.

Ugggh - never stay there again!

Pros: Not much
Cons: Staff - bored, uninterested. Condition - dirty, worn out.
I'll get this out first - we were tired and exhausted and just went to sleep after complaining to hotel staff; did not ask for or demand another room. So I do not know if one would have been offered. That being said . . . Checked in at 8:00 p.m. went to dinner; back to hotel about 10:30. Found the following: a previously guest had left various junk in the drawers of the TV stand including a ripped up sock; some kids toys, receipts, an avon bottle collectible, plastic champagne glass filled with hair scrunchies, and a few other odds and ends, plus the unplugged alarm clock - next step . . Went to plug in the alarm clock, pulled out the bed table to reach the outlet. To discover: half eaten sandwich on floor, a large Styrofoam tobacco spit cup - overturned of course - and the remnants of the liquid and the bits of tobacco on the wall and floor; then next morning saw the sticky liquid had actually run out from around the stand and dried up under and near the bed. GROSS. So went to the check in desk to complain. Response: "Why didn't you report this when you checked in?" "Because we went to dinner and did not inspect the room." "I will let head of housekeeping know and she will see what she can do to accommodate you." Never heard back. Went to sleep; woke up and ran. Oh yeah ... tortilla chips on the bathroom floor too. And lastly, the swinging door lock bar was broken and unfunctional. Overall appearance - cheap, not maintained, no one at the hotel cares

Good, but not exceptional.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Better and/or newer bed linens and cover.
Location: Not applicable.
The young lady that was working the check-in desk on the evening that I checked in was very good. She was pleasant and accommodating. She handled a couple of difficult check-ins that I observed with aplomb and treated everyone with courtesy.

The room was dirty. They didn't make up the room between days.

Cons: Poor breakfast
The room was a smoking room. It smelled. They didn't clean up my room during my stay. Check in was slow but check out was okay. Coffee was terrible. I survived by considering this was a minor step up from camping out but without the camp fire.

This hotel was nasty!!

The room basically stunk. It was dirty, stained carpet and the linens and comforter stunk....very unclean...bad order. The shower head almost fell off and I had to tighten it.
