When I arrived at the property early because I paid for early check in. I couldn’t get into the room on time because only one person at front desk with a line of people waiting. I was late for a work meeting. But still got charged for an early check in. Also front desk attendant was talking and how she didn’t know if our room was clean because of a language barrier with the house keeping staff. She said they always put rooms as clean and they are not clean. Couple in front of me got sent to a room that was dirty. They had to come back down and go through the whole process over again. It was definitely very disappointing to be charged for something that didn’t end up happening. Wont be staying here again.

I did not use the laundry. The receptionist who checked me in was extremely nice and the gentleman checking on breakfast was very sweet. Helped me rescue my toast after it got stuck! The biscuits were nice and fresh and soft, not hard. The gravy was very good, if a little thick.

Was a great spot for the price paid. Only annoying thing was having to pay an extra tax which wasn't included in price up front. It appears this is some sort of state tax that was added on - again this should have been declared up front when booking.

Everything was excellent. Hotel was very clean. Shower was clean but the shower head in room 103 didn't work fully. It still functioned well enough for a shower. Will stay again.

Beds were comfortable, haven’t slept that well in a hotel in a long time. Room was clean. My son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, and what I expected from hotel food options. Stayed here for a college visit to Mizzou. Will stay here again when we are in the area in the future.
