The property was under repair and smelled like paint. The toilet paper was very low quality.They're grab and go breakfast was just some fig bars and some other snacks and coffee but they didn't have tops for the cups. The overall experience was poor.

The Bureau in the room was totally messed up the top drawers didn't work right and the bottom rows were barely functional. I had a handicapped room (not that I had asked for that). It had a tub which is great. Sometimes I need a hot bath after a stressful day.. The hotel had been refreshed since I visited in December. New paint. New exterior. I went in and out of the door on the right (when standing at the front entrance looking in) side of hotel which didn't seem to ever lock. That is convenient for me and thieves. The main entrance locks after 11 pm. I'm not sure what good that is when one of the side doors is always open.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I sincerely appreciate their understanding and care when dealing with veterans. They were able to communicate and assist effectively, and their compassion and professionalism for guests spoke volumes keep up the great work.

I have stayed in several of these properties and have had mostly positive experiences. I’ve come to expect, and appreciate, that this chain is no frills. I don't mind that as long as the hotel is safe and clean. This location pushed me beyond my ability to grin and bear it. There was a distinct smell of cannabis throughout the hallways. The elevator floor was perpetually wet. The paint in the hallways was coming from the walls, the TV did not have cable and only about eight channels, the furniture and bed were shaky at best, and THE WINDOWS DIDN'T CLOSE completely. To be clear, this is not about the staff. They were very friendly and attentive.

Our hotel door did not lock. We were given another room and it had an odor to it. The bed is very small for a queen size bed. No hairdryer. You’re getting what you pay for. Book somewhere else.

Avoid if possible...

Pulled UP to CAUTION TAPE right at the entrance. Took two different people to check us in (room was already booked and paid for), no blankets in the room, no cookware (as advertised), windows painted shut, vending machine down. Hallway reeked. Found an earring by the (barely made) bed. Stayed here a couple years ago and it was MUCH nicer. Was bought by some corporation and is pretty awful now. Definitely not going back.
