Unfortunately….. the heat was out on our room AND it was during a rare snowfall and freezing outside. We had to sleep in our clothes, coats and hats all night. The staff tried to help but did not know how to reset or fix the heating unit in our room and offered us a very strange space heater that was made of cheap plastic and most likely would’ve melted if we left it on longer than 30 minutes. We woke up at 5 AM. I checked out by 7:30 AM just so we can get our car and get warm. We did let the front desk staff know they were unable to give us any sort of credit or discount. I doubt very seriously will ever stay there again. Plus the bed was sleeping on a plywood box. We were very uncomfortable and freezing all night.

Loved the ocean view rooms and the fire pits. The hot tub lacked a little. Too small and too shallow

Everything was great at the Coho. Only thing that was a little frustrating is that there wasn't an option to adjust an air conditioner... Only a heater. Woke up pretty warm a couple times. Hotels we have stayed at usually have one but for some reason this didn't..
