Staff was patient, kind and made you feel like you were the only client even with the line to check-in 5 groups behind you. Room with an amazing view. 4 gas fire pits behind glass for evening sunsets. Great continental breakfast. I would certainly drive 7 hrs to stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel an hour early before check-in time hoping to see if we can check in early. The chec-in was a disaster. We waited until 4pm to check-in but it was delayed because our room was stil not ready. Another customer ahead of us tried to check-in but her room wasnt ready either. There were 2 other families besides us that were waiting. There seened to be miscommunication between front desk and housekeeping. The front desk person seemed fristrated and wasnt curteous to the customers letting us know and apologizing for the delay. It was not a friendly exchange when asked about the delay. Finally after 30 minutes, we were finally checked into our suite. The stay was fine, but the initial communication exchange and the wait was not what i had in mind and put a dent to the beginning of our trip.

First got there. Nothing about card only. So had to run to the bank. They also did not tell me there was a $40 linen deposit?? Like what. Third is the carpet was coming out of the floor. The fireplace hardly worked. Small small tv. The bed was not comfortable and was definitely not a new mattress. . The deck was not a deck. The ocean view was sticking your head out of the screen door. There was no soap in the shower. The tub was super small. Why not fill up soap before someone books for 2 days?? I will never return to this place and i should have saved my money. Not worth the price. The firepitd were nice but so bright you can not see the ocean

Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests.
