First off I was told there was FREE parking, once I arrived I got hit with the $54 per day parking which was not what I was originally told. I then explained to the front desk clerk that I was told parking was free and showed him where it said free parking. He gracefully agreed to waive the parking fee. Fast forward 14 days later and my credit card has a $200 charge without my consent for PARKING! On top of everything my bedding had stains all over the covers and pillows, trash left in the room from previous stays and NONE of your vending machines had beverages in them so I wasted yet another $3 just wanting a beverage. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Please note that free parking is not available at the hotel unless a valid parking package is purchased at the time of reservation. While the Front Desk Agent may have agreed to waive the fist day of parking as a courtesy, parking in the Wolf Point Parking Garage is $56 per day. Being downtown and right on River. The bellboys were great!! Marcus went back up to get a wheelchair!! Disappointed that I called and requested disability accessible room for my parents and adjoining rooms with my son- this wasn't done. Plus restaurant had very high prices!

I especially appreciated the concierge services; her help was invaluable. The computers were very helpful but only one was connected to a viable printer. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about but I did enjoy the late afternoon view of the river and those enjoying it. I had some difficulties: locked myself out of my room which connected with that of my friends. Word to the wise:don't exit through connecting room without first making sure the privacy latch is disengaged!
