My mother just had an extensive eye surgery and we had to stay overnight in Carol Stream. We paid $172 (with deposit) and when we were entering the hotel there was a ladder laying on the side of the sidewalk with workers on skylifts dropping building rubble everywhere and saying very innap

Don't sleep on this one. Sorry or not sorry?

Very clean hotel! Friendly and helpful staff when needed almost not at all except a question when I got lost as to where I was going because my phone GOS decided at the worst possible moment to stop talking to me. Sigh. First world problems indeed. Anyway great value and a quiet night's sleep. 5 stars and a decent breakfast. Not fancy but enough fuel to get back home again. Bravo!
