Excellent and welcoming staff. Very clean and cozy bedroom. Pizzeria Uno right in the lobby was perfect!

The front desk manager Hector was very nice and considerate. He had to apologize for the lady that was checking in. She was having a bad night and had an attitude before I even got to the counter and continued it with me. Standing in front of me, she looked at Hector and told him that she was done with people. Hector had her go handle somebody else, and he took care of me and apologized. She really should not be in a customer service position.

The beds are horrible with no support and you can feel only wires coming thru the hideabed. Breakfast was good. Would not stay there again.

Everything was as I would have hoped except when I was approached by weird acting man in hall by my suite when I was alone. Response from front desk and shuttle driver they sent to address situation was useless.
