"The hotel was very dirty. Carpets were in dire need of cleaning all throughout the facility. The faucet in the tub was leaking, there was black mold in the tub, hairs in bathroom and the deadbolt was broken. We could not stay there. I would like a full refund."

He took our credit cards and IDs and disappeared for about 10 minutes. Very strange. He gave us keys (we were 2 people, 2 rooms). I asked for a ground floor room and he said it was not possible because the key was already made and he couldn’t change it. I insisted I needed a ground floor room. He had to call his boss because the boss was the only one who could make a key for a different room. Well it took over an hour to get a key - apparently the boss was somewhere else. The first guy did let me into my “new room” on the ground floor but I had no key so was stuck inside. I’ve never experienced such strange check-in procedures ever!"
