The pilot crew did a very good job negotiating a lot of turbulence on this flight.

Mar 11, 2020

The flight returning to Omaha was a modern plane. Other planes were old and quite small. However, flights were on time and the flight attendants were outstanding.

Mar 8, 2020

There wasn’t anything but water!

Mar 1, 2020

predicted rough turbulence from winds but pilot got us up and out quickly and must have found a route and elevation favorable the flight was pleasantly unremarkable.

Feb 21, 2020

Better information on travel delays - we sat on the runway for 45 minutes- would have been appreciated.

Feb 12, 2020

The wifi was not working on the flight from LAX to OMA

Feb 2, 2020

The flight from Ft Myers to Chicago was okay. Flight and staff were good. Plane wasn’t great. Seats were way too small and crowded for anyone over 5’8”! Flight from Chicago to Omaha was awesome. Seats were comfortable with actual leg room. Pilot and stewardess were wonderful!

Horribly long lines to get through security in Phoenix. No seating at the gate. 🙁
