"I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep on that bed😔. Yes, I am picky… On the good side, it was lovely to open the window and hear 25 varieties of birds according to my Merlin app. That made up for the room not being as clean as it should have been. Will I stay here again? yes, if I get a room on the odd numbered side so I could hear the birds again.👍"

But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought the best part was the unlimited soft serve ice cream and slushie machines! Very nice touch that made us feel welcome. We stayed in the “luxury penthouse” with two bedrooms and it was so perfect for our family of 6. Felt comfy and clean. I slept great! Thankful we found this place for our last stay on our way home from a road trip out west. The price was also great for the huge place we got! Very happy, thank you. Check in and put was a breeze and staff was very friendly. "
