Right downtown, the location is excellent. Since it is considered upscale, I was disappointed that the breakfast was not free, so I didn't bother with it, instead walked to a local bakery and had my breakfast there. However, I loved the Nespresso machine and drank every last bit of espresso that I could. Wifi was a no go, you sign up for the rewards acct and supposedly they send you a confirmation email which never came. Turns out, I did not need it anyway, but their system is bogus. I expected shower caps to be provided which they weren't so that was a disappointment. They provide robes which I liked a lot! My husband enjoyed the gym, but there is no pool on the premises. Valet parking was $30 / day, and we used it a lot. It is $25 to self park, but we preferred to use valet because the spaces are tight and manuvering around could be problematic and since we had a rental car I did not want to take a chance. There are 19 floors, we went to the top floor and checked it out and liked the view, but we did not partake of the bar or the eating area. All in all it was a nice hotel and I might stay there again, but really, I stayed there because we were attending a meeting there. In general it is a little too pricey for me!
