"Food is disgusting. Not much variety. Food reused from previous meals. No restaurants to reserve on. Only one buffet. No ac so it is very uncomfortable to eat w heat and flies. Open atmosphere.
No nightlife. A dj that refuses to put music asked for. Poor karaoke music had to download song on spot. Rooms old and poorly maintained. Walls need paint. Ac a plus works great. Front staff horrific. Long lines to check in and out. Towel lady bad humor. Also bartenders are all bad humored. Very pricey for the service received. No bell man. No food 24 hrs or late food. Dining not for vegetarians. No seafood what-so ever. A tilapia that was the only thing and it tasted frozen. The entertainment at pools where none. No games, exercise. Only in one pool full of kids screaming. Music very low and only 2 pools no bar pool you have to walk to get drinks to the bar. Very disappointed. Horrible. I would NOT recommended it to anyone. They must learn to take care of customers since it is their job to provide good customer care and hospitality. "
