Would recommend and will totally return! All the staff is friendly and professional and quickly will make an effort to remember you and follow up with you about your activities. They really care about making each guests visit a positive one. We were celebrating a birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. Elias is a great guide! The grounds are beautiful and spacious with lots of wildlife to see around the property. Amenities are great. Can’t say enough good things.

The property is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating with every aspect of our trip. Guest services was wonderful and helped arrange dinner reservations, taxis, Covid tests, bag assistance, etc. Food and drinks available almost anywhere at any time. One of our favorite parts was the excellent live guitarist every evening with dinner! The daily breakfast was also great with something different every day. All the onsite food was absolutely delicious! We caught our own fish on a charter and the onsite restaurant cooked it for us wonderfully. The monkey trail onsite was great - we saw just as many monkeys as in Manuel Antonio! And for the brave and daring - you may just be able to find a hidden access off the monkey path that will bring you down to an incredibly scenic and secluded ocean shoreline where waves crash off the large rocks! Our only disappointment... was that we reserved an ocean view suite and were so excited for the view and the jacuzzi on the balcony. . However the room we received had nowhere near as nice and expansice a view as the example picture online. It had a 'partial ocean view' and probably should have been priced as such. We requested another room but were told the building was full. So some advice - reserve early and ask for one of the better King Suites because they're not all like the picture! All on all, I highly recommend Parador for quality of experience, service, amenities and location!

The customer service above all was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would have liked to have some entertainment - dancing on site. It was however a minor element.

Hard to explain how nice of experience this place is. Got woken up my monkeys banging on my patio furniture.

Our family of 4 just returned from an amazinf week at Hotel Parador. We arrived late in the evening, our son who was coming in a different flight did not make it on time, we were very concerned about how he would get there in the middle of the night. The staff were incredibly helpful, gave us several options. He arrived safely. The reset is beautiful, food is excellent, staff are very kind. The tour desk was very good in that they provided information but did not make you feel pressured at all about booking a trip with them. It was our second trip to Costa Rica (1st to Manuel Antonio) I feel we totally lucked out in selecting this resort, amazing location, views, and hospitality. Would love to return one day .

Beautiful hotel and location. Staff were nice and helpful. Food and entertainment are a bit expensive considering the region but it is, after all, a tourist area. Would definitely recommend.

Great Hotel

Pros: We really enjoy being with the staff. The food is some of the best in Costa Rica. Pools are warm and friendly and the grounds are beautiful.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Hotel offers free shuttles to Manuel Antonio National Park and public beach. Quepos is home to great fishing.
This was our 5th stay at the Parador. We love it. The staff is one of the best we have ever and the hotel is great. We have recommended this hotel to many people who are interested in staying in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica.

OK

It was a lovely hotel, a little excentric with white classical statues everywhere. We were paying $240 a night for a room that was worth $120. Our jungle view was a wall of vegitation that made the room dark and cave like. If the room had costb$120 per night I would say the hotel was excellent in all ways.

Good Clean resort with decent food, excellent serv

Pros: Good, clean rooms; friendly staff, decent price, decent food. Very nice swimming pools for kids and families. Good restaurant locations.
Cons: Beach is not easily accessible. Food is good and but same every day with minimum changes. Entertainment is again same every day even in peak season.
Location: Good location close the national park and town. However a challenge to get in and out from the hotel due to its location.
Overall a very good resort. Family really enjoyed the swimming pools, food, and terrace top restaurant view. The trail walk was average with a sewage running through the trail. Trail is also not very clean and no animals or birds were visible.
