Falmouth Inn
"For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years, multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool area because there was no towels available in the area. They hastily agreed after explaining why we needed the extra , when I said thank you there was no pleasantries exchanged from the staff member. This is our favorite place to stay because its centralized, clean , and consistent. These type of interactions would cause us to no longer stay there. I can appreciate a bad day or being overwhelmed but we felt more of a bother than a guest during those instances. Everything else was awesome. The room was immaculate, the grounds were clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids."
