The staff was exceptional. Very kind. Unfortunately the room was very humid as evidenced by our damp linens, our hung clothes never dried, my hair was frizzier than ever. The “game room” was quite lame, the ice machine didn’t work, and nearly a year and a half into the pandemic they still couldn’t offer a prepackaged breakfast or open the hot tub. The pool was not safe to swim in from what I know as the chlorine smell was strong and the water was very cloudy. We weren’t offered compensation for any of these issues I brought up other than to move rooms at 10pm our final night.

Very clean hotel. Beds are nice, room is big, parking is easy access. Bathroom is a decent size. Close to shops and beaches and Starbucks.

We had a bizarre encounter with the desk clerk as we attempted to check in — I’d booked and paid for two non-refundable rooms under one itinerary number and had the Travelocity confirmation to prove it, but she insisted she nevertheless “only had one room in the system” under my name, and she repeatedly said I should authorize payment for a third room and then “straighten it out with the manager in the morning.” We ended up with her manager on the phone with her; a Travelocity agent got involved ... I finally figured out I’d assigned a second name to the second room when booking online — but the clerk could see all along on her screen that I’d booked and paid for two rooms on the same ticket; all she needed to do was ask “does the second room have another name on it?” instead of stonewalling. It was INSANE and took 20 minutes to straighten out with this passive-aggressive nut!

Dirty, stained comforter, ( I’ll insert picture) I’m 7 months pregnant and when I walked a mile down to reception, they would not give me water bc I didn’t have cash, and refused to put it on the room. The vending machines do not take credit cards either. I’m sorry but that’s terrible customer service. The hallway stunk like curry when we were there right outside our room.

The property was well kept and the room was clean. The location was close to local grocery stores and shopping amongst other attractions. The only negative of our stay was cleaning staff being a little pushy during check out time before the actual check out time. Their English was not very good so we did not take this personally however when spending almost $200 a night for hotel room probably not the greatest treatment of a guest.... other than that fantastic room and the complimentary breakfast was very good! Great selection of food friendly owner/manager would tend to it each morning good hospitality!

Very nice Inn, newly remodeled!

Pros: Cleanliness, polite staff, pool, ease to get in and out of hotel.
Cons: Get ice machines up and running.
Location: 99 restaurant almost next door which had great food at reasonable prices, 7-11 across the street and ocean down the road!
Very friendly staff when we checked in. The owner has remodeled the entire building and is nearly finished. The only thing not opened was the bar which wasn't a big deal for us. My husband and I went for a getaway weekend and have never been to Cape Cod so I was pleased when we checked in. There were many reviews saying the place was in desperate need of repair and remodeling however we chanced it when some reviews said they took steps in repairing the Inn. Great job! Again very friendly staff! I would definitely recommend Falmouth Inn!
