First, housekeeping probably did the best they could, working with stained and worn towels, wash cloths, sheets and duvets. Facility was dingy, worn and poorly maintained with broken drawers and non functional table and bed lamps. Hallways smelled of curry being cooked somewhere in a room and was strong day and night to the point of waking us at 5 am. It was overwhelming Restaurant breakfast was horrible. On Monday morning, most items were not replenished, the one fried egg in the pan was cold, the “hot” water for tea was tepid, one of the toasters did not work and the coffee was bad enough but when the container of coffee mate curdled,we left and went across the street for breakfast At night, we asked for two lattes but no one knew how to make them but said they could make capuccino instead(???) what they served had no cream or foam and was so weak that it was undrinkable All in all I would compare the facility to a run down Motel 6 with unfriendly desk staff(when she was actually at the front desk) and a policy that requires full payment upon check in Never again

I had a decent stay. Checkin took way too long and I got called back to the front desk because they forgot to scan my ID. The AC in our room didn’t work. Our iron was broken in our room when we arrived. This just really wasn’t what I expected based on the price we paid.
