Very easy to get to from airport. You can be downtown Grand Rapids and parked in a ramp across from DeVos center in 10 minutes by car. The breakfast area had more selections than most hotels offer.

Close location to everything downtown. Have to pay for breakfast-which we didn't do. Pool was super small but it's a pool. Rooms were nice but not well insulated. Could here everyone's conversations in hallway and the slamming of doors.

I’m not usually one to be fussy or nitpicky…but the room was not clean, socks left by previous guests, trash on bathroom floor, mystery stains in the fridge, on the table and bathroom counter. I cleaned things up but probably should have just went and asked for a different room.
