I didn’t like there were signs saying wear masks all over the place and then none of the management wore one. We also had a problem with our tv and the manager came up and didn’t wear a mask. We felt very uncomfortable and Unsafe. The bathroom was also very dirty. The hygiene of the entire hotel was not good!

Everything was great..until I checked out. I used one card to make my reservations, but used a different card to pay at the property. Upon checkout, the wrong card was billed. I discovered this when I got home and checked my bank balance. I had used a credit card for check in..not my debit card -which was the one charged. A minor inconvenience that could have gone horribly wrong had I needed to make a large purchase prior to getting home.

Worst Hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Room was moldy, bathroom unclean. Employees extremely unfriendly and lack any customer service.

Close to downtown

Th room was clean. Bed firm, and comfortable. Carpets in main areas appear in need of severe cleaning. Bathroom was spotless. Bedroom was neat, tidy and smelled clean.

Housekeeping needs some work

Pros: Nothing
Cons: read about my experience.
Location: Rome Georgia. Nice place. Went for the air show.
The carpet and bedding might have been new but the bathroom was a disaster. The toilet seat was so old that it was peeling around the edges. The tiles were broken and glued back together. There were big spider webs hanging near the top of the curtains. The worst thing was the smell of vomit near MY side of the bed.
