"The rooms are clean. The staff is very cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We travel with our dog and there are plenty of bags and trash receptacles for poop. Each time we travel north and south we stop at this location. It is very convenient to interstate 81."

"Breakfast didnt start until 7, usually they're all 6. TV remote was broken, mold in the bathroom, bathroom fan did not work. Very overpriced for what youre getting. I expected more for $200+ a night"

"Breakfast was disappointing. No coffee in the pot and couldn't find anybody to make more coffee. Breakfast was advertised as having a hot buffet. Only thing hot was waffles or toasted bagels. No hot eggs, bacon ect. The room had a musty odor and the bathroom was a disaster. We were given a handicap accessable bathroom that was poorly maintained. The curb-less shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the center floor drain had apparently heaved and is higher than the rest of the floor. Again, nobody around at the front desk to bring attention to the problem. This problem didn't develop overnight and I'm certain that management knows about it. The room we were given should not be used until the floor drain problem is repaired."

"Nice hotel for a nice price. Staff was helpful, property was clean and the room was nicely maintained. Bathroom was definitely on the small side, but functional. Amenities were good, the pool was just redone and looked great. Only downside of my room was that there was live music in the restaurant until late and it made trying to go to sleep a bit of a problem. I'd definitely book a room here again."
