Pros and Cons
Both pros and cons here. Pro: I told them it was my husband’s birthday so they upgraded our room. Con: Then when we wanted to stay additional night they messed up the reservation for the extra night and instead billed us for our sisters room (different reservation) and put extra holds on our account. Pro: The big pro here is that the location of the hotel is great. It’s very near Time Square and Broadway. Pro: The view from our room was beautiful. The room was clean but not spotless. Some of the staff were nice while others were not friendly at all.
