"There was a very large (by the sound of his bark) dog just down the hall from us. He had been barking for some time before we called the front desk about it. We were told that it is a dog friendly hotel and nothing they could do and she was very short with us. It took about an hour and the poor dog stopped barking. We understand that people are there because someone they love is sick. We also know that pets are family. If it was my dog, I would have wanted to know. And she didn't need to make us feel bad...."
