"Overall I give this hotel 3 stars. The rooms were clean and fresh looking. I felt comfortable in there which is huge for me because I hate hotels in general. I took a point off because the woman at the front desk was not friendly and yelled multiple times at random kids who were not doing anything wrong. The lady never said hello, and just acted like she hated her job and life in general. I mean maybe she had a bad day and just had it,and I get that. But.. as someone who also had a long stressful day, I still smiled and said hello because it’s just common decency . I took another star off because of the free breakfast. Everything was eaten by the time we got down there and entrails .. crumbs.. left behind. We were told they were going to bring out more waffles mixture as they had a waffle maker there. So we sat there patiently waiting for it to come out as other people had also been told that there was more food coming. Waited.. waited.. nothing. In fact during this time where breakfast was still supposed to be actively served, it looked like they were quietly taking away everything. The one thing I noticed was that they kept bringing out bananas that were going rotten that nobody touched and apples. So let’s talk about the apples. I saw the staff member pick up each apple from one bowl and transfer it into another bowl. No gloves, nothing. Ok .. so my issue is not with the apples themselves but with the fact that they were touched by someone without gloves or anything. Gross"

"Room had good heat, convenient patio door exit, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. Clean and excellent breakfast!"

"The staff are lovely, room was comfortable, however, I found my room not as clean as I would have expected. My bathroom floor had toe nail clippings on it, and there were several dark hairs in the shower, and countertop. The hallway also had an off putting odour, but it was only in the hallway. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet."
