Nice hotel with comfortable bed

Room description on site was accurate. Everything was working and bed was comfortable. We only used hotel for the room, so can’t comment on pool or other amenities. We enjoyed a live Band playing at Losers lounge.

Restaurant was terrible and poor service. I would have been embarrassed to serve the sandwich. It looked like it had been setting around for hours plus it was cold. When I told the waitress when she finally came back she didn’t say anything. She came make only to give us the bill no checking

The only real good thing was that it was convenient for attending the show at Don's Celebrity Theatre. James & his staff inside the theatre were great. But when someone comes by my room around 9am the next morning, even though I had the do not disturb sign out, and shakes at the handle to see if I am in my room is NOT acceptable and the staff at the desk when I inquired about checking out were very rude. Add to that, my room was paid in full prior to the stay but yet you all INSISTED on putting a $100 hold on my CC/Debit card which is NOT ok. The Prime Rib place had good prime rib but for the price, we should not have to get up and get our own sides. I will not be in any hurry for a return stay.

Everything is very outdated and disgusting. The cocktail waitresses avoid you like the plague and you never get a drink. The only time we had fun and felt clean is when we went next door to the Aquarius. Ive stayed in every hotel in Laughlin and the Riverside is the wost. Theres a reason they are cheapest. This was my third time there and every time its the same experience. I won't make it a fourth time. Its worth the few extra bucks to stay at the Aquarius

Overall the hotel was good. Staff was excellent. The two queen beds in my room were very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here before and did not have this issue.

Super Laughlin Fun

We love staying at the Riverside. So many activities besides the casino. They have wonderful entertainment in April inside their own venue. Prime Rib room is amazing!
